An anxious mind is a strong, powerful mind, as anyone who has tried to rationalize themselves out of anxiety will tell you. An anxious mind can outrun, outpower and outwit rationality and logic any day of the week.

So much of modern life is geared toward getting as much done as possible, which leads to increased stress and anxiety. Meditation is a way to use the breath to help calm the nervous system. When you breath properly, the diaphragm stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps you connect to the parasympathetic system. Just 10 minutes a day can begin to change the patterns of your brain.
Use yoga as a tool outside regular meditation therapy to cope with stress and anxiety and even heal emotional wounds. Join Amy on Wednesday morning at 10:30 for a combination of yoga and meditation. It will change your life!

If you choose to try our airbrush tan inside our studio, all you need to do is call for an appointment, our in house cost is $40 per tan
If you would rather have us travel to you, our cost is $45. unless you live past 10 miles, then it will be $.55 cents per mile
If you already do business with us on a consistent basis- You get to tan for $35.
If you have a group of 4, someone gets a free tan!
Or if you commit to 3 tans within a 6 month time span- you pay $80
