We have both a 5:30 am and a 5:30 pm camp.
We have modifications for every exercise (and we use them)
We talk Nutrition, we have assessments, bloodpressure checks, heartrate checks,and random bloodsugar checks, we set realistic goals to keep you motivated, and we develop New Habits in order to Let Go of the habits that don't serve us well.
