We have both a 5:30 am and a 5:30 pm camp. And have recently added a 1:00 pm class
We have modifications for every exercise (and we use them)
We talk Nutrition, we have assessments, we set realistic goals to keep you motivated, and we develop New Habits in order to Let Go of the habits that don't serve us well.

Our Self Defense class is led by Gaylon Thompson. He is a 4th degree Dan Black Belt. Gaylon will show us safe strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive a violent attack.
This course will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills as well as physical training.
