We start Jan 4- through
We now have 4 times, all on Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting at 5:30 am , again at 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 5:15 pm. If you miss one you can make it up at another time.
We have modifications for every exercise (and we use them)
We talk Nutrition, we have assessments (if you want them), if you just want to workout and be left alone- I get that, we set realistic goals to keep you motivated, and we develop New Habits in order to Let Go of the habits that don't serve us well.
We have different workouts every time- guaranteed!

You and your tribe will compete in various mental and physical obstacles throughout the day focusing on team building, communication, and most of all , FUN

Our Self Defense class is led by Gaylon Thompson. He is a 4th degree Dan Black Belt. Gaylon will show us safe strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive a violent attack.
This course will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills as well as physical training. Our next session with Gaylon is June 3 at 5:30 pm
