We start Jan 16-Feb 24. It will be Mon/Tues/Thurs at 5:30 am (you do not have to do 3 days, you have that option) you may only want to do 2 days. The 3 day will only be for the 5:30 am slot. If you wish to do only 2 days, the code to put in when you sign up is BCCDyersburgTN2Day
We have 2 times that we offer our Bootcamp. 5:30 am and 3:30 pm

We talk Nutrition, we have assessments (if you want them), if you just want to workout and be left alone- I get that, we set realistic goals to keep you motivated, and we develop New Habits in order to Let Go of the habits that don't serve us well.

Cost is $160. for the 6 weeks at 2 days a week and $235 for the 3 days and $130 for a 5 week, $80 for the 3 weeks, $39 for the 2 week.
If you are looking for more accountability, we have dieticians that can meet with you and will connect with your insurance company.

Our Self Defense class is led by Gaylon Thompson. He is a 4th degree Dan Black Belt. Gaylon will show us safe strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive a violent attack.
This course will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills as well as physical training.
We want to schedule another class but due to lack of interest- we are on HOLD waiting for the timing to be right!
Amy has created an innovative dynamic working environment that features a full meal-prep kitchen and offers free safe parking.
Our Women for Wellness group was created by 5 local women with similar interest. Our purpose is to empower each other and other women of Northwest Tennessee with the tools and resources needed to practice self-care and further their wellness journey.
Our plan is to provide the education, service, and community to help encourage and support each other.

Who: Women wanting to get out in nature
What: roughly 4.5 - 5 miles on Turkey Call Trail (aka Dismal Swap Trail, complete); Azaela Spring Day Loop (complete).
When: Sunday, January 22nd. We'll meet at McIver's Grant Public Library (410 West Court Street, Dyersburg) at 6:45 a.m. and leave by 7:00. It takes about 2 hours to get there.
Where: Big Hill Pond State Park, Pocahontas, TN
Note: This trail has elevation gains. We recommend wearing hiking shoes and bringing trekking poles. Dress appropriately for cooler weather. Pack some snacks and plenty of water. A few of us have bite/sting/first-aid kits and daypacks, but feel free to bring anything else you need.

A water workout is a very popular activity that is not limited to any age group or skill level. It does it all. Everything from increasing flexibility to improving heart and lung function. It relieves joint pain as well as symptoms of arthritis and blood circulatory problems. It provides a sense of wellbeing and accomplishment.
This is a seasonal activity . Classes start June 13 and run throughout the summer. The times this year are Mondays at 5:15 pm,
Fridays at 11:45 am and every other Saturday
( 1st and 3rd sat of the month) at 9:45 am
