Are you wondering what to expect on the day the retreat? We spent the morning out at Fyrne Lake making plans to offer y’all the most wonderful day! We want you to know what to expect during your experience.
At check-in, you’ll receive a pretty snazzy swag bag, a t-shirt that you can put on right away and your schedule with your day all planned out for you. (That’s right! You don’t have to plan anything! Just arrive and we take care of the rest.)
Under the pavilion, you will be able to enjoy a coffee bar with an amazing breakfast bar with options for every way of eating.
Next, you will move through 7 different stations offering experiences that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed:
We’ll break for a catered lunch and then release for your choice of quiet time, reflection, a walk on the lake, prayer, visiting, or whatever you want. Your day is yours.
We’ll wrap up the day with a soothing and rejuvenating high tea and desserts.

Our Self Defense class is led by Gaylon Thompson. He is a 4th degree Dan Black Belt. Gaylon will show us safe strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive a violent attack.
This course will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills as well as physical training. Our next session with Gaylon is June 3 at 5:30 pm
