This Class is held quarterly and instructed by Gaylon Thompson. Gaylon is a certified 4 Dan Black Belt. He will assert awareness using verbal and non verbal confrontation skills. Gaylon will show us safe strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive a violent attack or abduction. This course will provide psychological awareness and verbal skills as well as physical training. Check our schedule for Gaylons upcoming class.
